During the initial site visit, the Wolfe Inc team takes a comprehensive approach to understanding the client’s project vision. We begin by walking through the project space, carefully examining the existing conditions and listening to the client’s specific hopes, dreams, and functional requirements. This hands-on exploration allows our team to gain critical insights into the unique characteristics of the space and the client’s expectations. If applicable to your project, we recommend having an architect, stgructural engineer, and designer identified and present to ensure appropriate collaboration and alignment (see our article entitled, “Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Decorators: Who Do You Need?”). Following the site walk-through, we sit down with the client to provide a detailed overview of our working process. We share our standard documents, including our preliminary estimate methodology and our commitment to transparency. This meeting is designed to build trust, demonstrate our expertise, and ensure the client understands each stage of our collaborative approach – from initial concept to project completion.
