We believe that a well-designed and well-crafted environment is a key component of happiness. Our build and design team ensures that your project is cohesive and efficient from conception to completion. We work with expert subcontractors in the trades of painting, drywalling, plastering and stuccoing, electrical, plumbing, major concrete (driveways and foundations), hardwood floors, roofing and irrigation. We also have excellent relationships and work in tandem with architects, designers, landscape architects and landscape designers.
Wolfe, Inc. is a member of the Better Business Bureau and Green America and are in the process of receiving a Green Business Certification through the Bay Area Green Business Program. We are deeply committed to environmental sustainability and utilize a large variety of recycled materials and avoid landfills whenever possible. Waste is reused or recycled properly dirt removed from a project is brought to a facility that helps create wetlands. Whenever it exists, we offer an option with sustainably harvested or recycled lumber. In landscaping, we use many California natives and other drought tolerant plants. We also offer semi-permeable materials and dry stack rock walls to incorporate environmental sustainability with landscape design. - We have a high level of craftsmanship and pay a lot of attention to the details. From the materials we choose to hiding all small fasteners, we weigh out aesthetics versus costs and communicate that to you.
- Our references from past clients are continually positive. All clients who have projects at a later date have re-hired us to do that work. We have been complemented many times by clients and neighbors of clients on our professionalism throughout a project, our friendliness, our very low working noise levels and lack of loud or rude language.
- We have full liability and workers compensation insurance and all of our licenses are current and in excellent standing. All subcontractors are also licensed, bonded and insured to the same standards.
- We pride ourselves on being a green business. We recycle everything that can be recycled that comes off the site and purchase material from locally owned businesses as often as possible.

Whenever possible Wolfe, Inc. uses lumber that has been sustainably harvested. In addition, we offer composite decking, a recycled material that offers a huge savings with low to no maintenance. Onsite dirt removal is brought to Hayward when weather permits to help create wetlands. Concrete debris and green materials are hauled to a transfer station to be processed for reuse to avoid contributing to landfills.
To craft attractive spaces in accordance with nature, Wolfe, Inc. uses many California native plants and other drought tolerant plants. We also offer semi-permeable materials and dry stack rock walls to incorporate environmental sustainability with landscape design.
